The price of our villa includes WIFI, water, private parking, cleaning every 5 days for a 1 to 3 weeks rental, every week for a monthly rental (25% discount), garden and pool maintenance. We will also help you to book your excursions and we will be able to prepare a tailor-made programme of excursions for you on request at the time of your booking.
Electricity charged extra according to your consumption 7 baths/kwH.
If you arrive or depart outside opening hours, before 9:00 am or after 6:00 pm, a small supplement of 500 baht will be charged.
